🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • In resellable condition (no stains, odors, or damages)

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear and intimates

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a quality issue (wrong item, defective, damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., size didn’t fit, changed mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Place a new order for the preferred item


🌍 Return Address

Returns will be shipped to our Chinese warehouse.
Please contact us at service@hennyrue.com before sending any item back.
We will provide the return instructions and full address in English.


💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
